Redefining learning for students of color in the age of COVID-19

Each year before this one, NYC schools administered the NYS assessments to elementary and middle school students in the areas of math, English Language Arts (ELA) and science. Each year, NYC schools would test high school students using the NYS Regents in English, math, and various other subjects.
